Dr. Elmira Ryabova, CEO, CTO and Founder
An industry expert with more than 30 years of experience, over 25 scientific and technical papers and presentations, and more than 15 patents authored, award-winning material scientist and technologist Dr. Elmira Ryabova is the technical and business mastermind behind Advenira and its breakthrough SDN® technology.
As CEO, CTO and founder of Advenira, Dr. Ryabova is the driving force and creative engine of the company -- she has taken Advenira from inception and basic research through systems engineering, technology sales and marketing to volume production and manufacturing of complex high-tech systems.
Dr. Ryabova acquired her extensive experience working with novel materials and methods during her tenures at a number of startups and corporations in Silicon Valley, among them Xerocoat, Fidelica Microsystems, UltraDots and Applied Materials.
She has worked with sol-gels and their derivatives for more than 20 years, and has developed many unique inventions as well as acquired broad experience and in-depth knowledge of the chemistry, processes and hardware necessary to utilize sol-gels for photovoltaic manufacturing.
Dr. Ryabova holds a Ph.D. in Material Science from Ioffe Physical-Technical Institute in St. Petersburg, Russia.
Alexey Zorov, Vice President of Business Development
Alexey Zorov has more than 10 years of experience as an investment professional, entrepreneur and business development executive. Prior to joining Advenira Enterprises, Inc. in 2015, he worked at a venture capital/private equity fund investing globally in hi-tech projects with about $10 billion under its management. Alexey holds a B.S. in Applied Mathematics and Physics and a M.S. in Management of Innovation in Social and Economic Systems from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT).
Valentin Ryabov, Vice President of Operations
Valentin Ryabov has 12 years of experience as an engineer. Prior to joining Advenira Enterprises early in 2012, he worked at MetaReward and Applied Materials. Valentin holds an M.S. in System Engineering from San Jose State University and a B.S. from Saint Petersburg State Polytechnic University.
