Dr. Elmira Ryabova,CEO & CTO
An industry expert with more than 30 years of experience, over 25 scientific and technical papers and presentations, and more than 15 patents authored, award-winning material scientist and technologist Dr. Elmira Ryabova is the technical and business mastermind behind Advenira and its breakthrough SDN technology.
As founder, CEO, and CTO of Advenira, Dr. Ryabova is the driving force and creative engine of the company; she has taken Advenira from inception and basic research through systems engineering, technology sales and marketing to volume production and manufacturing of complex high technology systems.
Elmira's acquired her extensive experience working with novel materials and methods during her tenures at a number of start-ups and corporations in the Valley, among them Xerocoat, Fidelica Microsystems, Ultradots, and Applied Materials.
Dr. Ryabova has worked with sol-gels and their derivatives for over twenty years and has developed many unique inventions as well as acquired broad experience, as well as in-depth knowledge of the chemistry, processes, and hardware necessary to utilize sol-gels for photovoltaic manufacturing.
Dr. Ryabova holds a Ph.D. in Material Science from Ioffe Physical-Technical Institute in St. Petersburg, Russia.
